inconsistent stay experience

the extra service i booked for a birthday was not prepared despite prior arrangements, i was disappointed. the room was almost directly next to the elevator, and it was quite UNDERGRAD. the mattress sagged significantly.

My room included two separate sinks. The rainfall shower was also great. The bar offered high quality cocktails. The hotel location provided very easy access to a main metro station.
